We are looking for a passionate Social Media Coordinator who has experience in home care marketing, social media, and digital campaigns. In this role, you will implement and manage marketing strategies that promote our brand and generate leads. Your work will help ensure that our message reaches the right audiences, both online and offline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation:

Develop engaging content for our social media channels, website, and other digital platforms to attract and retain clients.

  • Social Media Management:

Manage our social media accounts, including content creation, content scheduling, posting, and interaction with followers to build a strong online presence.

  • Digital Campaigns:

planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, SEO, and PPC, to drive traffic and generate leads.

  • Market Research:

Conduct research to understand our target audiences and stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing opportunities.

  • Analytics:

Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to refine strategies and improve results.

  • Brand Development:

Support the business in maintaining and enhancing our brand image across all channels, ensuring consistency and professionalism.

  • Community Engagement:

Help coordinate local marketing initiatives, such as events, partnerships, and sponsorships, to increase brand visibility in the community.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Marketing Experience:

Previous experience in a marketing role, ideally within the home care, healthcare, or related sector.

  • Digital Savvy:

Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and content creation.

  • Creativity:

A flair for creating engaging, on-brand content that resonates with our target audience.

  • Communication Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

  • Analytical Mindset:

Ability to interpret data and use insights to inform marketing strategies.

  • Team Player:

A collaborative approach, with the ability to work effectively with others in a fast-paced environment.
