We have a wonderful Lender based near Borehamwood who is looking for an experienced Loan technician or Case manager/Assistant Underwriter.
The main area of responsibility are :
Lending application forms analysis.
Broker due diligence.
Internal and external stakeholder communication regarding case progression.
Smart search administration.
Valuation and Solicitor instruction, including the obtaining of quotes.
Underwriting administration, collating loan files for underwriting assessment.
Onboarding admin for surveyors and brokers and other third parties.
