Role Overview:
We are seeking an outgoing and friendly Level 2 Early Years Practitioner to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for working with children and a commitment to their development and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for children.
- Plan and implement engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
- Observe, assess, and record each child's progress.
- Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues.
- Support the overall development of children in your care.
Requirements:
- Minimum of Level 2 qualification in Childcare.
- Passionate about working with young children.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work over 4 or 5 days per week.
