R13 are excited to be supporting an established organisation in the property industry, in their search for a Finance Administrator to provide support to the finance team during their busy season. This is a temporary position for a minimum of 6 months.
Based in Norfolk, this is a full-time, temporary position working Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm. The offered hourly rate is competitive depending on experience.
*Please note, you will need to be able to travel to Devon for training.*

The day to day
- Supporting on the preparation of management accounts.
- Processing both weekly & monthly payment runs, ensuring accuracy.
- Handling incoming queries, either via telephone or written communication.
- Processing & recording refunds.
- Assisting in the preparation of year-end audit, compiling and checking information.
You will have/be
- Some experience with sales ledger would be desirable but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills, and the ability to problem solve in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident IT user, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Highly organised with good attention to detail.
