Salary: £38,000 - £45,000 per annum
Shift Pattern: 12-hour days & nights
Hexagon Recruitment are seeking a skilled and dedicated Shift Fitter to join our Client in Deeside. This role involves working on a 12-hour continental shift pattern, providing a dynamic work environment that supports both personal and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform mechanical fitting tasks and maintenance on various equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during shifts.
- Maintain high safety and quality standards in all work performed.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a mechanical fitting role.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and maintenance practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Training:
An initial training period will be provided, which will take place Monday to Friday during day shifts to ensure you are fully equipped for the role.
