Enrichment Officer
- Hourly Salary: £15.51 including holiday pay

- Contract Hours: 36.5 hours per week, 5 days
We are seeking an Enrichment Officer to join a college in Birmingham on a temporary, ongoing basis. The role involves supporting the development and delivery of events and activities that promote students' personal development and wellbeing.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Plan and deliver a range of enrichment activities and events for students.
- Engage with students to promote their personal development, health, and wellbeing.
- Collaborate with staff and external partners to create a diverse programme of activities.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of enrichment activities.
- Provide support and guidance to students participating in enrichment programmes.
- Ensure all activities are inclusive and accessible to all students.
- Maintain accurate records of student participation and feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Level 3 or above in a Sports related qualification.
- Experience working in an educational setting.
- Minimum Level 2 in English and Maths.
- Possession of an Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
