Our client, a leading global financial services firm, is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join their team. This is an exciting contract role, offering up to £550 per day via an umbrella company, with the possibility of extension or transition to a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Partner with HR and hiring managers to manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates.
- Strategic Partnership: Provide expert advice on talent acquisition strategies and offer management, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy.
- Stakeholder Management: Facilitate feedback to key stakeholders, ensuring timely updates and adherence to best practice recruitment guidelines.
- Market Insights: Research and provide insights on competitors and peer organizations, and participate in diversity recruiting events and activities.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, and manage control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Demonstrated experience in large, complex financial services organizations, with a strong background in consultative recruiting.
- Sourcing Skills: Proven ability to source talent through social media channels and other innovative methods.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Project Management: Strong leadership and project management capabilities.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; Master's degree preferred.
