Overview:

A growing PPC agency is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager with a strong advertising agency background to spearhead internal digital marketing efforts. This is a key role for someone with proven experience in B2B lead generation and marketing strategy, who can develop and execute campaigns that will drive awareness and generate qualified leads for the agency.

The role:

  • Part-time ( 3 days per week)
  • Hybrid
  • Day rate between £300 and £350 DOE
  • Immediate start

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to promote the agency's services, focusing on B2B lead generation.
  • Create, manage, and optimize online marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including PPC, social media, SEO, and content marketing.
  • Identify and target key audiences, utilizing data and analytics to optimize campaign performance and improve lead quality.
  • Build and manage the agency's online presence, ensuring a cohesive brand message across all digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content and landing pages optimized for lead conversion.
  • Monitor, report, and refine digital marketing efforts to meet KPIs and ensure efficient allocation of the budget.
  • Utilize CRM and marketing automation tools to track and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and make strategic recommendations to ensure the agency remains competitive in the digital landscape.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing within an advertising agency or marketing consultancy.
  • Strong background in B2B marketing with a focus on lead generation.
  • Hands-on experience with PPC, SEO, email marketing, and social media marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing tools such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience in building marketing strategies from scratch, targeting specific business segments and delivering measurable results.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead nurturing best practices.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to internal teams and stakeholders.
