Business Analyst - Procurement

Location: London, Hybrid set up

Contract duration: 12 months

Our client is a leading multinational in the Food and Beverage industry seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst for the Procurement function with extensive experience in procure to pay, travel and expenses, vendor and contract management, sourcing risks, procurement performance management and reporting.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in SAP, SAP Concur, and procurement automation. Knowledge of ESG vendor emissions reporting, and tools like Ariba and Coupa is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Procurement Business function, including the Global Head of Procurement, Category Managers, and other stakeholders, acting as a single point of contact in IT for the function.
  • Review functional processes to identify continuous improvement opportunities through technology solutions.
  • Develop and maintain IT Functional Roadmaps of capabilities and solutions to align with business goals.
  • Work with functional leads on building business cases that support the delivery of technology solutions.
  • Define functional and non-functional requirements to meet business needs.
  • Coordinate the delivery of SAP and non-SAP solutions to meet requirements.
  • Integrate multiple business units, with different ERP solutions, to the Global SAP Concur platform.
  • Deliver changes in SAP ECC and SAP Concur to support business objectives.
  • Deliver digital solutions to automate transactional repetitive processes to reduce team effort, eliminate time losses, and improve compliance.
  • Deliver reporting and analytics solutions to enhance performance visibility and improve the decision-making process.
  • Work with other IT functions and service providers to improve ongoing support to end-users.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Extensive IT experience, with a focus on delivery solutions to enable and enhance Procurement and ESG processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; relationship management
  • Proficiency in SAP ECC and SAP Concur
  • Experience in automation and data and analytics solutions.
  • Ability to work effectively with global teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience in building and maintaining IT Functional Roadmaps.
  • Proven track record of delivering IT solutions on time and meeting quality and cost standards
  • Knowledge of SRM software (e.g., Ariba, Coupa) is a plus.
