Description
- Assist customers with post-purchase inquiries, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate effectively with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Track and report on after sales performance metrics.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Ensure the accurate processing of customer's amendments and cancellations.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of company's products and services.
- Follow company procedures to ensure compliance and uniform service.
- Engage in continuous learning and development activities.
Profile
A successful Aftersales Advisor should have:
- Proven customer service skills, preferably within the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry.

Job Offer
- Salary of £22,500 - £25,000
