Are you a proactive and organised individual with excellent attention to detail? Our client, located in Ashton-under-Lyne, is seeking an Administrator to join their Conference and Review Unit.

In this role, you will be responsible for organising and taking notes for LADO (Local Area Designated Officer) meetings.

If you have experience in taking meeting minutes, possess strong organisational skills, and work well both independently and as part of a team, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Take detailed and accurate notes during LADO meetings, capturing recommendations.
  • Update electronic records with meeting outcomes and disseminate notes to professionals.
  • Maintain an online filing system.
  • Utilise strong IT skills, including database management and spreadsheet use.
  • Demonstrate excellent word processing skills for recording meeting discussions.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and demonstrate knowledge of the organisation's facilities and services.
  • Ensure compliance with General Data Protection regulations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in taking meeting minutes.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of General Data Protection regulations.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills.
