**About the Role:
As a Supply Teacher, you will:
- Deliver pre-set lesson plans across a variety of subjects, ensuring continuity of learning in the absence of the regular teacher.
- Manage classroom behaviour and engage students in productive learning.
- Adapt to different school environments and build positive relationships with students and staff.
- Support student learning and development, ensuring all pupils are included and can participate fully.
- Mark and assess work where required, ensuring smooth handovers with regular teaching staff.
**About You:
We are looking for someone who:
- Is a qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent.
- Has experience teaching in secondary schools across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 experience is a plus).
- Is flexible, reliable, and able to quickly adapt to different classroom environments.
- Has strong communication skills and classroom management abilities.
- Is passionate about making a positive impact on students' education.
**Requirements:
- QTS or relevant teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching in a secondary school setting.
- An enhanced DBS check (we can assist with this process if needed).
- Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for working with young people.
