Job Tile: Sales Progressor
Location: Manchester
Salary: £24,000 + Uncapped OTE (£30,000-£40,000)
Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5:30pm
Our client is looking for knowledgeable and experienced Sales Progressor to join their very successful team in their Manchester office. As a Sales Progressor you will manage your own personal portfolio of properties spread across the UK. You will be responsible for progressing the property through to completion in a timely manner.
Job Description:
- Looking after a manageable portfolio and exchanging a targeted number of properties target which our current Sales Progressors are achieving comfortably.
- Liaising with vendors, purchasers, solicitors, financial advisors and other estate agents.
- Sending out memos, chasing access calls, dealing with surveys & renegotiations, helping clients fill out paperwork, speaking to solicitors, and anything that is required to progress the file to the point of exchange.
- Upsell some of their recommended financial services/solicitors and get paid generously for these.
- Update and maintain notes for your portfolio, and keep clients constantly and fully updated with the progress.
- Proactive approach required
- Organising your own daily workflow - They commit to getting the files to exchange as quickly as possible so it's important keep your plates spinning!
- Negotiation and Objection Handling skills are key
- Dealing with sales all over the country and in Scotland
The candidate:
Must have a strong Sales Progression background.
