We are recruiting 8 Temporary Administrators to join this fully remote, full-time project team for 6-9 months, starting as soon as possible. Applicants must use their own laptops and be willing to travel to bi-monthly team meetings in London (expenses fully covered).
This is an exciting opportunity to help deliver vital funding to organisations across the UK - supporting impactful initiatives that make a meaningful difference in communities nationwide.
Administrator Key Responsibilities:
- Triage grant enquiries and support applicants through the validation process
- Retrieve, review, and log supporting documents, including financial evidence
- Maintain accurate records using Salesforce CRM and monitor task completion
- Schedule grantee calls to confirm payment details and process disbursements
- Generate and send offer letters, ensuring documentation is complete and compliant
- Provide remote administrative support across the grant lifecycle, including reporting and data input
Administrator Key Skills:
- Confident communicator with experience in stakeholder liaison via phone and email
- Proven ability to manage high-volume, process-driven admin
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial records
- Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce desirable) and Microsoft Office
