Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.
- Manage day-to-day activities across multiple social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and community management.
- Create and curate engaging content (text, images, videos) that aligns with our brand and resonates with our target audience.
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and use data-driven insights to optimize strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure social media efforts align with overall marketing goals.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, ensuring effective targeting and ROI.
- Engage with followers and respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and platform updates.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent content creation skills, including writing, design, and video editing.
- Analytical mindset with experience tracking and reporting on social media performance metrics.
- Creative and proactive with the ability to generate fresh ideas and engaging content.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with social media advertising and paid campaigns is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
