This forward-thinking leading Legal 100 law firm based in Guildford, Surrey has a proven track record for success and is looking for a Partner level Solicitor (10+ PQE) for their Commercial & Technology team in this key placement. They have an ambitious strategy and a strong management team in an exciting growth stage.
The role comes with flexibility to combine working remotely from home/office based.
You will be handling a quality caseload including drafting/reviewing/negotiating a range of commercial agreements, IT, software licensing, and outsourcing agreements. Experience in intellectual property, trademarks and design is also desired.
Your role as a Commercial Partner will involve:
- Help grow the department
- Exposure to a wide range of HNW clients
- Supervise the team
