SEND Data Input Officer
£180 - £200 per day (paid via an umbrella company)
Minimum 3-6-month assignment with a view to being extended on an ongoing basis.
Fully Remote working offered.
We are seeking an experienced SEND Business Support Officers who have experience in Data input and migration for a role we are recruiting for.
We are looking for a skilled and experienced data entry person to work for the local authority and migrate EHC plans into an online portal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and understand the content and structure of EHC plans in Word documents.
- Copy and paste the relevant information from the Word documents into the corresponding fields and sections in the EHC Hub platform.
- Ensure that the formatting, spelling, grammar, and punctuation of the EHC plans are consistent and accurate in the EHC Hub platform.
- Check and verify the accuracy and completeness of the data entry and report any errors or discrepancies to your Senior Officer.
- Extracting key information from the EHC Plans for data analysis
- Follow the data protection and confidentiality policies and procedures of the local authority and the EHC Hub platform.
Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- Experience in data entry or a similar role.
- A good level of education, preferably with a qualification in SEND or a related field.
- Knowledge of EHC plans and frameworks for SEND.
- A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Word and other office applications.
- A fast and accurate typing speed and attention to detail.
- A good communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
