Credit Control Administrator

A market leading company with a large and growing accounts team are looking for a Credit Control Administrator on a temporary basis to join their team in High Wycombe.

YOU MUST BE ON A SHORT NOTICE PERIOD - 1 WEEK MAX.

This role offers hybrid working (2 days per week in the office).

Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with email queries in an effective and timely manner.
  • Maintaining confidentiality of the department and using discretion where necessary.
  • Ensuring good relations and communications with all members of the team and responding politely and in a timely fashion to internal and external customers.
  • Working with all members of staff to maintain and develop the positive progressive culture within the Company
  • Input notes and correspondence onto databases/systems
  • Processing sales invoices

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Some experience withion Accounts / Finance or looking to gain experience in this area
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A desire to learn and the ability to pick things up quickly
  • A team player
  • Ability to use your own initiative
