Description
- Overseeing payroll procedures for all company employees.
- Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently.
- Collecting, calculating, and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information.
- Resolving payroll discrepancies by collecting and analysing information.
- Maintaining payroll operations by following policies and procedures.
- Contributing to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Preparing reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, and non-taxable wages.
- Determining payroll liabilities by calculating employee federal and state taxes, insurance, employee benefit deductions, etc.
Profile
A successful Payroller should have:
- A strong background in end to end Payroll
- A keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of payroll procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle data confidentially.
- Good numerical skills and an understanding of data privacy standards.
- Strong EXCEL skills
