Our Client
Our client is a leading provider of recycling and resource recovery solutions, with locations across the UK and Ireland. Due to significant growth across Scotland there now exists a vacancy for a senior Operations leader to join the business to play a critical role in driving high performance, strategic growth and delivering against key objectives for the region.
This is a key role steering the company's operational strategy towards a future of sustainable growth, innovation and excellence. You will provide leadership, direction, support and strategy for Site Managers and staff, as well as overseeing all aspects of business operations, developing and meeting annual budgets, profit targets, growth plans for the business in alignment with strategic objectives of the wider business.
To be successful in this role you will have significant experience in an operational leadership role and demonstrable evidence of driving operational improvements. Ideally you are currently operating in a similar role at this level within industrial services or utilities.
