Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records for our clients, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and supporting the accounting team in various tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and accounts payable/receivable.
- Financial Transactions: Process invoices, payments, and expenses, ensuring timely and accurate recording.
- Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and ensure discrepancies are resolved.
- Tax Preparation: Support the preparation of client tax returns and assist with tax-related queries.
- Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to gather financial information and provide support on accounting matters.
- Report Generation: Prepare financial reports and summaries for clients and internal use.
