**The Role
As a Paraplanner, you'll provide vital support to advisers and play a key role in delivering an efficient and compliant service to clients. Your main duties will include:
- Servicing existing business and preparing documentation for ongoing advice
- Handling platform-based work and producing client illustrations
- Regular communication with clients and platform providers
- Analysing client information and conducting financial research
- Producing high-quality, compliant suitability reports
- Preparing and maintaining audit-ready client files
- Supporting advisers by developing financial solutions tailored to client objectives
- Upholding operational effectiveness and managing risk with precision
**About You
The ideal candidate will be technically proficient, highly organised, and confident working within a fast-paced, regulated environment. Key requirements include:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a Paraplanning role
- Level 4 Diploma qualified (or near completion)
- Strong technical knowledge in pensions, investments, and financial planning
- Skilled in producing detailed, compliant suitability reports
- Able to prioritise tasks independently and work to deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A collaborative, solutions-focused approach
