M&E Site Manager Overview
- Oversee and manage all aspects of M&E projects on commercial sites.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Prepare and submit project reports, including progress, costs, and performance.
- Experience working on M&E fit out, BMS and ventilation.
- Work coming up on a £1million commercial building.
- willingness to travel within London and the South East
M&E Site Manager Requirements
- Proven experience in managing M&E projects, particularly in the commercial sector.
- Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems and installations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within central and south London.

- £45,000 - £55,000
