This role will focus on building strong relationships with local authorities, blue light services, and other business-to-government bodies.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Building Relationships: Engage with local authorities, blue light services, and other business-to-government bodies to identify and seize partnership opportunities.
- Driving Growth: Develop and implement strategies to expand our charging network, ensuring we meet the needs of our partners and communities.
- Collaborating: Work closely with internal teams to align our solutions with market demands and regulatory requirements.
- Pitching & Presenting: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential partners and stakeholders.
- Negotiating: Lead negotiations to secure contracts and agreements that drive mutual growth and success.
- Staying Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, policies, and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve.
What You'll Need:
- Proven experience in business development, preferably in the EV charging, renewable energy, or related sectors.
- Strong understanding of the public sector, especially local authorities and emergency services.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with a knack for identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
