Location: UK Wide (This role is on a mostly remote basis)
Salary: Up to £45,000 (DOE), we are open to discussion on this for more experienced candidates

We are currently looking for a Costs Lawyer / Costs Draftsman to join our team in Cardiff (the team works from Cardiff, but the role is to mostly work from home so could be based anywhere in the country).
The role will involve:
- Drafting Bills of Costs
- Drafting Costs Budgets
- Drafting N260 Statements of Costs
- Providing costs advice to clients
- Negotiating Bills and Budgets with Opposition Parties
- Preparing Points of Dispute and Replies
- Attending Court for Costs Management Hearings and Detailed Assessment Hearings
- Preparing and filing Part 8 and Interim Payment Applications.
You'll also have experience of using CostsMaster / idraft software and if you hold membership of the Association of Costs Lawyers then that would be great, but it's not essential.
