About You:
We are searching for a candidate with a deep understanding of the sprinkler industry, including design, installation, and maintenance. Your ability to price works, measure jobs, and manage projects will be key to your success in this role. You should be comfortable leading a team and have strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Your Role:
As a Sprinkler Operations Manager, you will leverage your extensive experience in sprinkler systems, including design and project management, to ensure smooth and efficient operations. You will be responsible for:
- Project Oversight: Manage all aspects of sprinkler system projects from inception to completion, including site surveys, design, installation, and commissioning.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of designers and technicians, ensuring high standards of work and adherence to project timelines.
- Client Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, keeping them informed of project progress and managing any contract changes.
- Technical Expertise: Utilize your knowledge of LPCB/NFPA/FM rules, AutoCAD, Revit, and Canute software to deliver high-quality designs and solutions.
- Financial Management: Price works, measure jobs, and ensure projects are completed within budget.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the sprinkler industry
- Proficiency in producing detailed plans and sections of sprinkler systems
- Competency in hydraulic calculations, sizing fire pumps, and tanks
- Experience with AutoCAD (Revit knowledge is a plus)
- Recognized LPCB Basic and Intermediate examinations
- Strong IT skills, with proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Methodical approach with strong attention to detail
Desirable (but not essential):
- Familiarity with BS9251 standards for domestic and residential sprinkler systems
