Concierge Executive - what will I be doing ?
- Provide outstanding customer service and manage client relationships
- Act as the main contact for customers, responding to enquiries and all sorts of different requests
- Oversee all travel arrangements for a smooth client experience
- Collaborate with luxury travel suppliers to enhance services
- Stay updated on hotels, dining, and attractions
- Handle flight check-ins, health forms, transfers, and bookings
Concierge Executive - What experience do I need ?
- Perhaps you have previously worked as a PA ? Or a Travel Consultant ? The main criteria is that you are used to dealing with high -end clients and are incredibly organised.
- Experience in luxury customer service or sales is beneficial
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Accurate data entry and strong IT skills

Concierge Executive - What else do I need to now?
This is a really exciting and fun team to be part of. The pay is between £27k - £32k depending on experience. Hours are Monday to Friday 9 - 5.30 pm 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays Birthday day off - Recognition awards - Social events - Trips abroad.
