Our client is a dynamic boutique communications agency dedicated to delivering high-quality, impactful content and services.

They are seeking a detail-oriented and Microsoft-literate Project Administrator to support their growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing general administrative assistance, helping with document proofreading, and managing registrations for events and projects. As part of your role, you will be entrusted with a diverse range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

  • Overseeing and manage various Outlook inboxes, respond to registration inquiries, and handle all related communications in a timely and professional manner.
  • Registering delegates for all company events, ensuring accurate data entry and maintaining high standards for data integrity throughout the registration process.
  • Conducting daily membership approvals, addressing any ineligible applications promptly and efficiently.
  • Monitoring and track membership numbers, providing regular reports to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Assist senior management with various administrative tasks, including the preparation of business development documents, drafting emails to clients, and other ad hoc duties as needed.
  • Update and manage content uploads across the company's websites, ensuring timely and accurate posting.
  • Coordinate and send email campaigns through the database, ensuring all data and recipients are correctly selected for precise and effective communication.
  • Proofread materials across the organisation.

The successful candidate will possess a comprehensive set of essential skills and qualifications, which entail but are not limited to:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to use these tools at a competent level.
  • Strong adaptability and a willingness to quickly learn and navigate various website management software.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks and deliverables.
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organised, maintaining structure and efficiency across multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong customer-facing skills, demonstrating a positive and professional attitude in all interactions.
  • A collaborative team player, able to work harmoniously with colleagues to achieve shared goals.

Job Title: Project Administrator

Salary: £25,000 + 10% annual bonus based on company performance

Location: Haywards Heath/Hybrid

Full Time: Monday - Friday
