In this role you will be responsible for the delivery of every stage of the build and other building professionals in planning and delivery, overseeing schedule of work, costings and budget.

- Contracts Manager
- Review and management of sub-contractors and suppliers
- Hybrid role with some site-based travel

- Full UK Driving Licence
