My client is seeking a Temporary HR administrator to assist them during a particularly busy time. Based in Ipswich they offer free parking within a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks including maintaining employee records, preparing documentation, and managing HR databases.
  • Recruitment Process: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process. Post job advertisements, screen CV's, schedule interviews, and liaise with candidates and hiring managers.
  • HR Projects: Support various HR projects and initiatives, contributing to process improvements and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an HR administrative role or similar
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
