Permanent | Romsey | £40,000 - £55,000 per annum DOE

Our client, a well-established organisation, is seeking a talented Residential Property Solicitor/Legal Executive to join their Private Property team in the Romsey area. This role presents an incredible opportunity to become a part of an inclusive and friendly team, working with a diverse range of clients.

As the successful candidate, you will have a proven track record of managing a varied caseload of residential property matters. You will be comfortable working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. It is ideal for you to bring post-qualification experience within residential property matters, allowing you to hit the ground running.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will revolve around a diverse caseload, including tasks such as freehold and leasehold sales, re-mortgage, transfers of equity, and new build matters. While the position is based in our client's Romsey office, there will be opportunities for you to work alongside other fee earners within the Private Property team at their other offices.
