Job Title: Temporary Procurement Administrator

Duration: 4 Weeks

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Temporary Procurement Administrator to assist our procurement team for a period of four weeks. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the procurement process, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth operation of the procurement department.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the preparation and processing of purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.

- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

- Maintain and update procurement records and generate reports on procurement and contract activity.

- Communicate with team members regarding procurement processes and status updates.

- Handle administrative duties such as filing, answering phone calls, and managing emails.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a procurement setting.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with procurement software.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
