We are excited to be on the lookout for a new Accounts Receivable Assistant to join one of our fabulous and well established clients who are based in Uxbridge!
They are looking for someone who has accounts receivable experience, as well as someone who has overall accounts experience including accounts payable and credit control!
Do you have strong organisational skills? Do you have excellent communication skills? Do you pay great attention to detail? Do you have good system knowledge? Do you have good knowledge using SAP?

Accounts Receivable Assistant Duties:
- Chase outstanding debts from customers
- Maintaining the customer ledger and payments
- Complete credit checks and setting up new customer accounts
- Resolving problems regarding invoice queries
- Allocating payments received
- Processing and reconciliation of invoices
- Managing customer rebates
- Liaising with insurers
- Conducting month end financial reconciliation
- Approving credit requests
