A globally renowned construction consultancy are looking for a dynamic Building Surveyor to join their vibrant Peterborough team.
The Building Surveyors' role
The successful Building Surveyor will join the National Programmes team, supporting a variety of exciting projects across sectors such as commercial, residential, education, sports, nuclear, and retail.
The Building Surveyor will be responsible for delivering professional services including party wall matters, pre-acquisition surveys, defect diagnosis, dilapidations, employer's agent duties, as well as contract administration and project management.

The Building Surveyor
The successful Building Surveyor will ideally be qualified with MRICS or at least on the APC pathway and eager to complete this process.
- Degree in Building Surveying is preferred
- Experience within a similar consultancy environment
- Both project and professional experience
- Able to work independently as well as successfully within a team
