My client is looking to recruit a standalone Site Manager to run a new build residential scheme which comprises of a number of modular units for flats & houses. The project is under NHBC standards This project also includes associated infrastructure works. This is for a regional main contractor based in Bournemouth, Dorset for a 1 week contract.
Candidates must have worked under NHBC standards in the past and be able to display a hands on approach and is locally based to Bournemouth, Dorset.
Candidates must have SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.
Candidates must have a solid work history as a stand-alone site manager who has a proven track record of running a project from start to finish. T
