Role: UK Documentation & Invoicing Administrator Location: Imerys - Par Moor Centre - Cornwall

Salary: £24.476 Hours: 7:30pm-3:30pm Monday - Friday (6 months contract)

The role:

You will be part of the logistics team based in Par Moor Centre, Cornwall, where the main focus is to organize all movements (Road, Containers, Vessels) from our UK sites (Cornwall and Devon meaning Kaolin and Ball clays). We have22peoplecurrentlyworkingintheteamtocoverallaspectsfromendtoend. Our work environment is friendly and flexible and we truly work as a team.

Your role will involve several tasksperformedwithintheDocumentationandInvoicing section such as;

  • Invoicing of road, container and bulk vessel movements
  • Draft Bill of lading review and correction with Shipping lines.
  • Validation of Final bill of lading upon reception
  • Create, produce, handle, monitor and courier documentation including Customs documents of export shipments, invoicing, insurance cover etc
  • Customs entry
  • Record VGM (Verified Gross Mass) for shipping containers into UK port/shipping line portals.
  • Liaising with Hauliers for all customs related matter
  • Liaising with partners to obtain export declaration for FCA customers
  • Review of freight list for vessels

What we ask you in return:

We are open to candidates with less experience and eager to have a career change. You will ideally have some of the skills below;

  • A minimum of 2-3 years' experience on an Administration based role,
  • Experience in Export Documentation, Logistics or Customer Services,
  • Experience in use of systems such as ERP (SAP, JDE, etc) and
  • Google suite or Microsoft tools.
