Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm (with a degree of flexibility)

We are currently seeking a dynamic and empathetic Service Administrator to join a rapidly growing family run business, based in Havant. If you are passionate about problem-solving and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

As a Service Administrator, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, particularly concerning product quality. This role is integral to maintaining high customer satisfaction levels and ensuring that all complaints are handled with professionalism and empathy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate Repairs and Equipment Management:

  • Oversee reactive repairs, workshop repairs, and trial equipment coordination.

  • Order necessary parts for repairs and maintenance.

  • Schedule and book engineers based on customer requests.

  • Customer Liaison:

  • Work closely with customers and the operations team to ensure timely deliveries.

  • Provide customers with adequate knowledge to help maintain and care for their products.

  • Assist the customer service team in handling customer queries, answering calls, and emails promptly.

  • Support Sales and Service Teams:

  • Help the customer service team complete tasks to maximize reps' potential at any stage of their sales process.

  • Carry out any other reasonable instructions to support the business.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a team leader or supervisory role, preferably within a customer service or complaints department desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiative.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with people and build positive relationships.
  • Friendly, upbeat, and positive attitude, with a firm yet polite approach to handling complaints.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain a high level of empathy towards customers.
  • High level of professionalism and a good attitude towards work.
