Senior Finance Business Partner / UK based / Salary up to £85,000
My client, a global, cultural and educational organisation are looking for a financial planning and analysis partner to join them on a full time basis to partner with the business and assist in providing financial planning and analysist support. You will be partnering with directors and managers of business areas globally to provide consistent, timely and accurate financial information.
Responsibilities:
- Providing a comprehensive financial planning and forecast service to global recipients
- Ensure the process fits the need of various stakeholders and finance / planning deliverables
- Help develop standard reports that meet the requirements of the KPI's
- Continuous improvement of global planning, forecasting, reporting and commentary collection process for Cultural Engagement
- Provide support to the Director of FP&A Cultural Engagement to develop and maintain the 5 year financial plans
Requirements:
- Experience operating in international organisations across multiple countries and currencies
- Demonstrable understanding of financial planning, monitoring and reporting
- Communication and influential skills
- Identification of performance improvements
- Business partnering
- Experience in working in the public sector (non-profitable organistation)
- Experience working with SAP accounting and planning applications
- Either ACCA, CIMA Or ACA qualified
