Are you an experienced travel sales manager with the drive and enthusiasm to lead your team to success. We have an attractive role with an exciting travel company in Bristol. A salary in the region of £35K plus bonuses is on offer for the successful candidate.
Team Leader - Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage the team with a strong service focus and soft but driven sales approach.
- Ensure a high standard of quality and service is delivered.
- Coach team on maximising booking revenue, such as suggesting additional product to both add to customers travel experience and increase overall booking size
- Lead the team of 6 in a dynamic and inspirational manner.
- Implement, co-ordinate, manage staffing levels.
- Work in partnership with staff from all functions
- Conceive new local business initiatives to drive enquiry levels
Team Leader - Skills & Experience required:
- Sound people management experience.
- Travel industry sales experience.
- Strong commercial awareness and financial management.
- Team Player.
- Inspirational leader who engages employees to achieve results.
- Self-motivated and approaches work with a positive attitude.
- Excellent people management skills.
- Ability to create dynamic and high-performing teams.
Team Leader - Additional Information:
- Salary around £35K. Higher salary possible DOE.
