Part-Time Purchase Ledger Clerk

Berry Recruitment are currently seeking a Part-Time Purchase Ledger to support the team of a busy establishment in King's Lynn.

Location: King's Lynn
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Up to £14.00 per hour
Shifts: 10 hours per week

Responsibilities:

  • Processing invoices, delivery notes and purchase orders.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions and documents.
  • Prepare and analyse financial reports as required.
  • Supporting the team in resolving any issues or discrepancies.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero or QuickBooks is ideal.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of Level 2 AAT qualification.
  • Experience as a Purchase Ledger Clerk or similar role.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software.
  • Keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work as a team.

Experience:

  • Purchase ledger: 4 years (preferred)
