CAD Draughtsman (1 year FTC)
Rochester
£30k - £40k DOE
Monday – Friday
My client is looking for an experienced CAD Draughtsman on a 1-year contract to work on a new and exciting project! As a CAD Draughtsman you will be making 2D drawings and elevations to design the layout of a new manufacturing facility.
Duties include:
- Designing a new layout
of a manufacturing facility
- Creating 2D CAD drawings
and
elevations
- Writing
technical documentation
- Updating current
CAD drawings
on existing facilities
- Calculating dimensions
- Creating
Bill of Materials
- Communicating with other engineers and external stakeholders.
- Any other duties required
The successful CAD Draughtsman will have / be:
- Previous experience as a
CAD Draughtsman
working on projects.
- Able to
create 2D drawings
and
elevations
- The ability to
create technical documents
and
BoM's
- Strong
communication
skills
