Title: Supplier Manufacturing Engineer needed for Medical Device Industry in Co. Tipperary!
5 Month Contract.
Our client, a leading medical device company based in Co. Tipperary is looking to hire an experienced Supplier Manufacturing Engineer on contract basis.
Role Overview:
As the successful candidate you will be responsible for ensuring that our supplier's manufacturing processes are operating effectively and efficiently while also meeting all regulatory requirements within the medical device industry.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a manufacturing engineer preferably within the medical devices sector.
- Strong knowledge of validation techniques required by FDA regulations.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Developing relationships with suppliers
- Ensuring compliance with quality standards such as ISO13485/9001 etc
- Supporting supplier related corrective actions including CAPA management
- Conducting regular audits at vendor site.
