**About the Role:
As a Supply Teacher with Empowering Learning, you will have the opportunity to work across multiple primary schools in the Barnet area. Your role will involve delivering engaging lessons, managing classrooms effectively, and supporting students' learning on a daily or short-term basis. **Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality lessons across a range of year groups from EYFS to Key Stage 2.
- Ensure all pupils are engaged and making progress during your lessons.
- Adapt quickly to new environments and build positive relationships with staff and students.
- Follow school policies and procedures, including behaviour management and safeguarding.
- Provide feedback to the school and cover supervisor as required.
**About You:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Recent experience teaching in a UK primary school setting.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and inspire students.
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to work effectively in different environments.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.
