  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm - 35 hours per week - 2 x 15-minute breaks and ½ hour lunch
  • Basic Salary: £26,000 plus uncapped commission with realistic first year earnings of £41,700

Sales Executive Responsibilities:

  • Researching companies and markets to find potential companies and making direct approaches
  • Reaching out to companies and speaking to decision-makers to identify their needs and the services that would best suit their requirements
  • Actively establish a strong network of potential customers, nurturing new relationships to enhance relationships, build loyalty, and identify further potential opportunities
  • Offering insights and promoting the company's products and services, using strong negotiation skills and a personable approach to turn enquiries into leads and sales
  • Consistently delivering against agreed targets and striving to exceed them

Sales Executive Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in new business development and account management, with a history of successfully closing sales in an outbound environment
  • Target-driven, capable of generating quality leads and meeting and surpassing agreed targets
  • Exceptional communication skills, quickly able to establish business relationships at all levels and deliver a seamless customer journey
  • Resilient and determined who takes an enthusiastic, confident, and personable approach to selling
