What you'll be doing:
- Providing support to the financial adviser and paraplanners of the business within a pod structure setup.
- Processing new business applications in a timely manners, managing the full process from start to finish
- Speaking with both clients and providers on the phone, email and in person, answering queries and providing support.
- Updating and managing back office system (Intelligent Office)
What you need to apply:
- 2+ Years Financial Adviser administration experience with knowledge in processing new business
- The ability to form positive relationships with clients
- A good understanding of Pensions & Investments
