We are thrilled to have partnered with an award winning independent financial advice who are actively looking to expand their IFA Administration team! Our client has built themselves a brilliant reputation within industry, and pride themselves on providing truly bespoke advice and wealth planning expertise to their clients across the UK.

If you are a detailed-orientated professional with a passion for financial planning and client service, we'd love to hear from you!

What you'll be doing:

  • Providing support to the financial adviser and paraplanners of the business within a pod structure setup.
  • Processing new business applications in a timely manners, managing the full process from start to finish
  • Speaking with both clients and providers on the phone, email and in person, answering queries and providing support.
  • Updating and managing back office system (Intelligent Office)

What you need to apply:

  • 2+ Years Financial Adviser administration experience with knowledge in processing new business
  • The ability to form positive relationships with clients
  • A good understanding of Pensions & Investments
