RESIDENT HOST
An amazing 5 month temporary Resident Host opportunity within the property industry!
RESIDENT HOST ROLE:
- Managing everything from move in to move out for renters
- Building amazing relationships with everyone including tenants, members, customers, potential customers, industry professionals, business partners, colleagues, and members of the public
- Reporting building defects, issues, or improvement requests within the coworking and community spaces to the Front of House Supervisor
- Staying on top of maintenance timelines, effectively communicating potential disruptions or inconveniences to members while coordinating contractors and supplying regular updates to the Front of House and Facilities team
- Proactively managing the logging and escalation of projects while seamlessly liaising with those impacted, communicating back to the Front of House team and members affected
- Providing support and guidance throughout the day to members, including resolving technical/connectivity requirements
RESIDENT HOST ESSENTIALS:
- Exceptional Customer Service skills
- Clear and positive communication
- Problem solving skills
- Property experience preferred
