My client is looking to recruit an experienced HR Administrator to join their team. You will be part of a small, but friendly HR team where you will have exposure to all aspects of HR.

Your new role

You will put to use your previous HR administration experience ensuring all duties are completed in a timely manner. You will be responsible for building relationships with employees and colleagues across the business. Your daily tasks will include HR database and reporting, Holiday and Sickness logging, Recruitment, Onboarding and Induction, Payroll as well as general Ad hoc admin tasks.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have previous experience in a similar administrative role, with some understanding of HR Procedures and Best Practices. Awareness of confidentiality and handling confidential information securely, strong attention to detail, good knowledge and experience of using Microsoft, as well as good telephone manner and hold the CIPD qualification.
What you'll get in returnIn return you will receive a salary between £25k-£27k dependent on experience.25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays, on site parking, pension scheme as well as many more company benefits,
