As the HRBP CEMEA (Continental Europe, Middle East & Africa), you will provide a full Generalist service to circa 450 employees across the region. This hands-on individual contributor role has a focus on designing, planning and implementing HR initiatives and policies - Recruitment, Reward, ER and Talent etc. Candidates must have demonstrable HRBP experience supporting a client group across Continental Europe. Hybrid working in Bracknell.

Description

As the HRBP CEMEA (Continental Europe, Middle East & Africa), you will provide a full Generalist service to circa 450 employees across the region, covering multiple countries.

In this hands-on individual contributor role, you will partner with senior stakeholders - VP level - with a focus on

designing, planning and implementing HR initiatives and policies encompassing Recruitment, Compensation, Benefits, ER and Talent across countries including The Netherlands, Belgium, France, Germany, Poland, UAE (and more).

This will include:

  • Serves as internal business partner and consultant to employees and managers in the region. Plays a key role in leadership team regarding human capital management.
  • Partners with HR colleagues and business unit leadership on talent review and succession planning processes, including identification of high potentials and development opportunities which includes special projects, lateral and upward movement.
  • Works with business units on strategic workforce design and talent acquisition.
  • Assists with strategies for recruiting and retention to meet headcount models and goals.
  • Conducts investigations related to employee relations, terminations, EEOC, harassment, etc., and recommends resolutions.
  • Facilitates performance review cycle, ensuring that process is understood, and monitors progress throughout cycle.
  • Partners to facilitate compensation decisions, offers, and employment packages.
  • Leads change and culture management initiatives resulting from acquisition or divestiture, employee engagement survey, or other change initiatives.
  • Utilises HR metrics to make effective human resources related decisions. Uses metrics to understand trends and makes recommendations to business leaders.
  • Advises and assists business unit managers to ensure consistent application and compliance with human resources programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensures compliance with statutory requirements, negotiates and interprets collective bargaining agreements.
  • Conducts training and coaching on performance management, human resources procedures, staffing, orientation, new manager, leader assimilations, and other human capital programs.
  • Supports organisation diversity initiatives.

This role offers hybrid working, with 3 days per week (Tuesday - Thursday) in the office.

Profile

To apply for the role of HRBP CEMEA (Continental Europe, Middle East & Africa), you profile will closely match the following:

  • A good grounding as a hands-on HR Business Partner with multi-country experience across Continental Europe.
  • Strong exposure to the full Generalist remit including ER, Reward, Talent, Performance Management, Recruitment and Change Management.
  • Ideally you will have HRBP experience of supporting both an office population as well as a warehouse population (or similar operations client group).
  • Resourceful, flexible, tenacious, curious, creative, and able to knock down doors to make a positive impact.
  • Demonstrated ability to build business internal and external partner relationships to drive programs related to human capital.
  • Excellent interpersonal and project management skills. The ability to execute large-scale initiatives in a complex, matrix environment while maintaining focus on the business and its customers.
  • Ability to work independently or in a group setting.
  • Fluency in French or Dutch would be highly advantageous (but is not essential).
  • European employment law knowledge is required - preferably some of Netherlands/Belgium/France /Germany/ Poland/Italy/Spain/Portugal. Experience with Middle East employment law knowledge would be an advantage.
  • CIPD Qualifications and good level of academics.
  • Able to travel occasionally within the CEMEA region in the delivery of this role.
  • Able to work from the Bracknell office 3 days per week - Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday.
