Our client, a non-profit organisation who pride themselves on their company values and services, are currently looking for an experienced individual to join their accounts team on a contract basis - likely duration 9 - 12 months. This will be a full time position based from their welcoming offices in Tewkesbury.
They are a massively supportive company, therefore, training and support will be provided. To be considered for this position you must have experience of Sales and/or Purchase Ledger. You will be someone who thrives in a busy environment and is used to high volume data entry.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Ledger Processing
- Purchase Ledger Processing
- Fortnightly Payment Runs
- Credit Control in line with our credit control process
- Stock Control
- Direct Debit Processing
- Weekly bank reconciliations
- Management of email inboxes
- To prioritise tasks to ensure daily, weekly and monthly deadlines are met
- Support others internally and externally in delivering the aims of the organisation
Candidate Attributes:
- Previous experience in Sales and/or Purchase Ledger
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Good people skills and an ability to work within a team.
- Good time management with the ability to prioritise your workload and work well under pressure
- Confident using Microsoft Office with the ability to learn and use a bespoke database
Hours: Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week
