Description

  • Managing debt recovery efficiently and effectively.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
  • Conducting credit checks on potential customers.
  • Ensuring invoices are accurate and sent out in a timely manner.
  • Resolving any financial disputes raised by the customer.
  • Providing administrative support to the Accounting & Finance team.
  • Reporting to management on outstanding issues and informing them about potential debtor problems.

Profile

A successful Credit Controller should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of relevant software (e.g. ERP).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Good understanding of relevant legal processes.
